Local Payments 

Payments are accepted only by cash on delivery in Lebanon in USD or LBP, at the daily market rate.

To pay in LBP, kindly mention it in the custom note on the checkout page or contact us by our official Instagram account (www.instagram.com/bytracyghazal/) or by email info@tracyghazal.com to notify our delivery partner.

Delivery Terms

Tracy Ghazal Handbags are shipped from Kaslik, Lebanon.

Domestic deliveries are carried out via Wakilni.

International deliveries are handled via Lebelik.com.

The delivery terms are from 2 to 5 business days and may vary depending on the actual delivery address. 

Return & Exchange

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

All items purchased can be eligibly returned or exchanged only within 48 hours of their delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged). The original packaging and tags are to be kept.

The customer is responsible for the return fees.

Cash refunds are not accepted. Store credit will be automatically updated in your account once the return process is completed.

To request the return or exchange of any item, please contact us via e-mail (info@tracyghazal.com) having stated the order number, the reason, and the item(s) you wish to return.

To exchange an item, kindly follow the same process mentioned above and if the return is accepted, make a separate order with the new item you wish to purchase.

The return authorization and delivery instructions will be sent to you within 72 hours. Please do not send your return without this permission otherwise it will not be processed.

Once we receive your returned order, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure that it’s eligible for return/exchange. If illegible, it will be returned to you at your expense and the return will not be performed.

Tracy Ghazal maintains the right to deny returning any goods which do not meet the above-mentioned requirements.
